    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering a 7 day return policy!

    The return policy governs every purchase made through our DWORLDSHOP.COM retail website. DWORLDSHOP.COM offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival ( DOA ) at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.

  • Before returning any product to Dworldshop.com , you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned.

    • To obtain a RMA, please e-mail us at return@dworldshop.com (request must contain your full name, order number and contact phone number) or call at 212-481-3286. RMA number once issued is only valid for 5 days only from the date of issuance.
    • Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition.

    No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Product must be 100% complete with ALL original box(es) and packaging materials in like new condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This also applies to defective items.
  • Any item lost in the mail will not be responsible by DWORLDSHOP.com
  • For Item becomes defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Buyer should be aware that merchandize sold at DWORLDSHOP.com is parallel imported item, therefore it does not always come with a manufacture warranty. On most product, we do offer extensive warranty services. If this service is offered, it will indicate on the item's product page.
  • All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee (A defective item can only be exchanged for the exact same brand new unit). All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
  • Returned item must be double boxed, customer should not adhere any labels or postage on the product's packaging.

    2. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.
    3. A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number applicaton form (inside the shipping box). Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
    4. A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange

    REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES

    All Replacements and Exchanges can be processed only within 7 day period.

    All returns must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

    DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to DWORLDSHOP.COM within 7 day period from the date of arrival to your location. If the defective item is returned in the first 7 day period customer will be exempted from the restocking fee. Defective items returned after 7 day period  are subject to 10% restocking fee on the cost of the products, shipping fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

    All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% Penalty.

    Any returns (Defective, Non-defective returns) not returned in "Like New Condition" including missing the original box, packaging material, contents accessories or manuals are subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories. After 7 day period, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

    The Customer pays shipping for all returns to DWorldshop.com.

    DWorldshop.com recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since DWorldshop.com will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.

    Please allow 5 business days to process refund or exchange due to our inventory stocks.

    For replacements, DWorldshop.com ships back to the Customer via Ground service in the continental US.

    All claims for shortage, manufacturer's defects, or shipment error must be made within the first 3 days of arrival.

    For credits or refunds on returns, the latest prices less shipping/handling charges will apply.

    Physical damage will void all warranties.

    Under no condition will DWorldshop.com cross-ship any item.
